Assessment:

You are required to write a 3000 word report (+10%) that analyzes and evaluates the application of contemporary change management practice which is relevant to this case study organization. You should also make robust recommendations to improve how change management is approached within the organization, this should be supported by an action plan. In producing the report, you should ensure you have:

• Identify the change initiatives of the organization at the beginning of this project.
• Diagnose and justify the need for any further changes and why the changes are important if you took over the previous change manager’s position after he/she had left the project.
• Identify and critically evaluate the appropriate approache(s) /model(s) how to
  (i) manage and lead the changes including the human aspects (e.g. overcoming resistance, motivating the stakeholders to adapt to changes, etc) and
  (ii) their suitability to differing organizational contexts
• Made your recommendations and identify what and how the organization needs to improve its practice, this should be supported by an action plan that clearly articulates the short and long-term actions needed to enhance the organizations approach to managing, leading the changes, minimize the resistance and sustaining the performance.
