Selain itu, kajian itu menekankan bahawa bola segar meningkatkan ukuran peratusan prestasi kemahiran bola keranjang dalam EG, yang terdiri daripada Menggelecek Kawalan (CD), Pergerakan Defensif (DM), Hantaran (PASS) dan Menembak Titik Kelajuan (SSS); 2.14%, 3.22%, 6.83 % dan 13.29% masing-masing Penyelidikan ini menunjukkan bahawa latihan bola segar bersama-sama dengan senaman tetap dapat meningkatkan prestasi fizikal dan kemahiran bola keranjang dengan ketara.
