1. Students are required to form a group comprising of six team members and
subsequently, select any one of Malaysia’s public listed firms from the sector of construction/plantation/ property only.
2. You may refer the attachment of BURSA MALAYSIA SECTOR CLASSIFICATION OF APPLICANTS OR LISTED ISSUERS as your reference to choose the right firm under construction/plantation/property sector.

4. Ensure that the company you select is different from the one chosen by the other group.
5. Every group must select a Malaysia’s public listed firm as mentioned in (1) and (3) above, and conduct a three-year consecutive analysis spanning from 2019 to 2022.
Your task is to assess and contrast from various viewpoints encompassed
within this course.
6. Students are expected to obtain the pertinent financial data or annual report of the chosen firm and carry out the corresponding analysis.
Throughout the analysis, students are required to employ financial ratio
concepts, formulas, logical reasoning, and prudent judgment.
7. The submission of the assignment: The team leader is required to upload the entire soft copy of the group assignment (final report and a video group presentation in the form of the YouTube link) via Google Classroom.
