You have been appointed as a consultant by Trendy Threads to work on their empathy process. To conduct research on customers, Trendy Threads is considering 5-steps method, but it is unsure on how to implement each step. The steps are listed below together with the description of what each step should achieve.

Identify the target customer segment
Use market research to identify Trendy Threads’ primary customer base. Subsequently, build detailed personas representing different segments. Each persona should encompass key characteristics such as age, location, income, and lifestyle. To further refine, conduct a customer value analysis to determine who finds the most value in the product offerings. Personas make abstract market segments more tangible and understandable. They enable the company to visualize their customers, tailoring their strategies accordingly. The customer value analysis adds a layer of detail, helping identify the most valuable customers who will drive both current and future revenue.
